For installations where concrete is being freshly poured, the DSS-C1 Flush Floor Mount Sleeve (stainless steel) sits flush with the finished floor to eliminate trip hazards in high-traffic areas. Here it's paired with the DK3036 mast: 30"/36" offset reach, 45 lbs, structural aluminum, CP60 center post and EM01 elbow included. The assembled system sets up in about 5 minutes and is man-rated to 310 lbs.

This sleeve type, like all Pelsue permanent mount sleeves, offers:

Note: This combo includes the mast and mounting sleeve only. A hoist, Standard SRL, or 3-Way SRL (sold separately) completes the working system, along with its matching bracket (MB-PF1 for hoists, MB-FSB for Standard SRLs).
